Multiple Heart Surgeries - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing

This medical exhibit begins with one anterior silhouette (outline) view of the upper body of a female figure revealing the heart and great vessels within the chest. This image shows the pacemaker and pacemaker leads in place. Also, two enlarged anterior cut-away views of the heart reveal the regions of the aortic and mitral valves. These two images compare normal anatomy with post-operative condition following here valve replacement surgeries. The first enlargement the normal appearance of the heart with natural heart valves. The second enlargement shows that the aortic valve and mitral valve have been replaced with mechanical valves.
